Regina Troyer is the founder of The Refinery Coffee Co., which she launched in 2005. Growing up in an Amish community in rural Northern Indiana, she developed a strong work ethic that she still brings to the business today. What started as a small coffee roasting venture has grown to serve thousands of customers over the years. Regina is personally involved in every step, from sourcing beans from over 15 countries to roasting, packaging, and building relationships with customers. She’s traveled both domestically and internationally to sharpen her craft. She stays true to her belief that “coffee isn’t just coffee — it’s community.”

The Refinery Coffee Co. strives to maintain the highest level of excellence in both the quality of our products and the service we provide. Our specialty is “air-roasted” coffee, roasted and ground on-site. We offer a wide variety of single-origin coffees and blends from around the globe, with new specials featured every month.
